Elizabeth Velasco is one of the 2012 Sacramento Five Star Professional Real Estate Agents, as listed in the February issue of Sacramento magazine. Five Star Professional partnered with Sacramento magazine to determine the real estate agents in the area who provide exceptional service and overall satisfaction.
The Five Star award went to fewer than four percent of the 15,200 Sacramento area residents holding real estate licenses.
This research was completed via surveys to Sacramento area residents who purchased a home priced at more than $150,000 within a 36-month period (March 2008 to March 2011) and 1,000 subscribers of Sacramento magazine. An additional 250 surveys were completed by mortgage and title companies.
Survey participants provided the name of a real estate agent and rated that individual according to criteria such as integrity, communication and customer service.
A special thank you to everyone who nominated Elizabeth. She continues to strive to provide exceptional customer service to all of her clients.
In Sacramento magazine, Elizabeth is listed under Elk Grove on page FS3 in column 1.
